Job description

Our client offers a broad range of services to help clients manage their wealth and achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives.

They provide financial advice and investment management services delivered by highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in servicing clients.

They are seeking to hire an experienced Paraplanner. The key duties include:

  • Request and review all necessary information, undertake financial analysis, and produce financial reports for discussion with the Adviser. Conduct research to identify suitable solutions to meet client needs. Obtain information and comparisons for analysis by the Adviser. Consider current and future asset allocation strategies in line with the client’s risk profile.
  • Verify that all compliance paperwork and internal sign-off documents are complete.
  • Prepare draft recommendation reports for discussion and approval by the Adviser, ensuring compliance with internal guidance and procedures.
  • Discuss client objectives with the Adviser during debriefs. Identify any gaps in client information and address them with the Adviser.
  • Submit paperwork in accordance with company procedures once advice is implemented. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Record and update relevant data on the company’s back-office systems following procedures.
  • Undertake annual reviews when appropriate.
  • Provide ongoing servicing of clients as required.
  • Understand the Financial Planning/Corporate Advice process, where applicable.
  • Work within defined processes to achieve outcomes independently.
  • Prioritize and plan workload effectively, managing multiple tasks.
  • Maintain good report writing and communication skills.
  • Hold a Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) - Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
