Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Strong paraplanning background with exposure to complex technical work.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, client-focused approach and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings with the adviser to understand objectives and provide technical input.
• Perform complex calculations, cashflow modelling, and research at Level 4+ expertise.
• Produce detailed suitability reports in-house (or with some outsourced to chartered paraplanners).
• Conduct in-depth product and provider research to support adviser recommendations.
