Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and present solutions professionally
• Create innovative, cost-saving designs using various software tools
• Provide tailored solutions considering branding, safety, and cost implications
• Assess market trends and consumer tastes to inform design concepts
• Generate reports and log activities to support proposals
• Manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Produce samples, visuals, artwork proofs, and presentations

Candidate Profile:

Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, IT literacy, strong time management, and relationship-building abilities are essential.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Kasemake CAD, SketchUp Pro, Adobe CC
• Packaging industry knowledge and experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer-facing experience
• Ability to work independently
• Track record of cost-saving projects
• Full driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SolidWorks, digital printing, Hololens
• Knowledge beyond corrugated packaging
• Understanding of various packaging materials
• Experience in design/technical support roles with achievements in cost reduction
