Responsibilities

• Operate packing line equipment to achieve production targets.
• Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Identify and resolve minor technical or mechanical issues where trained.
• Escalate unresolved problems to the engineering team quickly and effectively.
• Assist during breakdowns with troubleshooting and support.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team training and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards at all times.
