You will join a collaborative team on a 12-hour shift cycle, with opportunities to learn advanced print technology and optimize production quality.

The position offers a starting salary of £35,000 rising to £44,000 after training, plus a comprehensive development pathway within a growing manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Experience with machinery, production equipment or technical processes.
• A practical, mechanically minded approach.
• Good attention to detail and quality focus.
• Confidence following technical instructions and procedures.
• Logical problem solving and fault finding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Team player with flexible 12-hour shift availability.
• Previous operator roles advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operating advanced digital print and production machinery.
• Setting up and preparing equipment for production.
• Monitoring machinery throughout the production process.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Identifying and resolving basic technical and production issues.
• Making adjustments to machinery and settings where required.
• Following production specifications and procedures.
• Working safely and keeping the production area clean and organized.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet targets and quality goals.
• Learning and developing the print process and machinery skills.
