About the Role:

About the role

As a Technical Operative you will undertake machine interventions and first line trouble shootingin order toensure themachinery runs to its optimum.

  • Apply good Health & Safety practice in thedepartment
  • Uphold the site’s food safetyculture
  • Identify categorized birds in a fast-movingenvironment.
  • Analyse, interpret and report live data for performanceevaluation
  • Deliver the departmental dailyplan
  • Maintain, monitor and achieve operationaltargets
  • Monitor and improve productquality
  • Perform production process checks in thedepartment
  • Apply food safety managementprocedures
  • Continuously identify and implement workplaceimprovements
  • Maintain and promote measures that support waste minimization and sustainability inoperations
  • Support internal and externalaudits
  • Support GMP in thedepartment

    Working Hours

    Sunday to Thursday

    Sunday – 15:40 to 02:45

    Monday to Thursday 18:00 to 02:45

    Benefits

    £16.50per hour (paid weekly),

    Shift allowance of£2.00 for any hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00,

    Earn a minimum of£749.875per week,

    What do I need to be successful?

  • Experience within a production/manufacturing setting showing an understanding of a fast-movingprocess
  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
