Job Description

Join our team as a Technical & Operations Trainer based in Milton Keynes. You'll design and deliver high-impact training for internal teams and external partners, ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading national training programs, supporting accredited qualifications, and fostering a culture of safety, development, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver engaging technical and operational training to internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Training and Engineering Centre.
  • Act as Centre Supervisor between training sessions.
  • Continuously improve training materials and programmes based on feedback.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on technical training experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others grow. Experience in telecoms is a plus but not essential.
