Get to Know This Role

The Technical Operations Supervisor is a key leadership role overseeing maintenance and reliability in a designated brewery area. Responsibilities include leading a team of technicians and planners across all shifts to ensure maintenance, safety, and performance of critical assets. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset, aligned with company values: Quality, Integrity, People, Sustainability, and Community.

Base salary ranges from $81,222 to $126,707, depending on skills and experience. Additional benefits include a 10% 401(k) match, health insurance, wellness programs, paid time off, and ongoing training.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and planners, fostering ownership and accountability.
  • Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring safety, thoroughness, and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance on systems and equipment, collaborating on upgrades and reliability improvements.
  • Coordinate with planners to schedule and prioritize maintenance work.
  • Identify and address chronic issues, supporting reliability initiatives like TPM and 5S.
  • Develop SOPs and KPIs to measure maintenance performance and improvements.
  • Work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support production goals.
  • Ensure safety protocols and environmental compliance are followed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing maintenance/engineering, preferably in CPG or beverage industry.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance, RCA, BDA.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, automation, SCADA, utilities systems, wastewater treatment.
  • Understanding of OSHA, EPA, GMP, food safety standards.
  • ERP, CMMS, and related systems experience.
  • Preferred: Beverage manufacturing experience, certifications like CMRP, CRL, CRE.
