Key Responsibilities

• Process Support & Compliance: Provide technical support for commercial manufacturing, lead root cause investigations (NCs), implement CAPAs, and manage Change Notices (CNs) and Variance Documentation to ensure process reliability and compliance.
• Technology Transfer: Support the seamless integration of new products or processes from R&D or external partners into commercial manufacturing
• Continuous Improvement: Drive or contribute to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives aimed at reducing variability, enhancing efficiency, and improving product quality
• Technical Documentation & Audit Readiness: Author and review GMP-compliant protocols, reports, SOPs, and batch records; maintain QMS documentation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Analysis: Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain; analyse process data using statistical tools; contribute to KPI development and act as SME for GMP, QMS, and process improvement practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, engineering, or pharmaceutical-related field.
• Solid foundational experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, medical device, or similarly regulated industry
