A leading company in the TIC industry is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to strengthen its operations in Korea. Job Summary:
DNV Inspection is looking for a strategic and technically experienced Technical Operations Manager to grow Inspection operation s in Korea. This is a senior role with strong growth potential and significant influence over local strategy, operations, and talent development. You will use your deep understanding of the Korean TIC ( Testing, Inspection and Certification ) market, existing customer network, and technical expertise to strengthen DNV’s presence and performance in Korea. You will work in a diverse, global environment, closely collaborating with teams across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and execute operational strategies to deliver service excellence and drive growth.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong customer relationships, leveraging your existing industry network.
• Act as the technical lead for key projects and client engagements, solving complex challenges in real-time.
• Identify new market opportunities and tailor DNV's services to Korean customer needs.
• Support local technical resource recruitment by applying your understanding of the Korean talent market.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams locally in Korea and internationally.
• Represent DNV at client meetings, regulatory forums, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with DNV values and global standards in every aspect of service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical operations or quality management, preferably within the TIC or EPC industry.
• Proven track record of leadership in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong customer and industry network in the Korean TIC market.
• Experience in recruiting and developing technical teams in Korea.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
• Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
