Technical & Operations Director-Electricity Networks

Reporting to an office in East Anglia, however can be flexible on location

Six figure Salary plus car/car allowance plus substantial bonus

Are you a senior/board level Engineer with extensive experience in the operation of electricity networks, up to 132kV, looking for a senior and highly prestigious position with a large national utility infrastructure company?

The company has a great reputation both for professionalism and for how they look after, train their staff.

Although the role is based in East Anglia, you will only need to be in the office 3 days/week, and the company can support accommodation costs for the right candidate.

The role will lead the operation of the Electricity network business. Key areas will include line management, business strategy, compliance, management of relationships with clients and partners, technical standards, safety, and providing a superb experience for customers.

The Role

• Full-time, permanent senior position with a national utility infrastructure business.
• Full ownership and responsibility for the Electricity Network business.
• Reports into the Head of Electricity Operations and Head of Electricity Asset Management.

The Person

• Strong academic/working background in Electrical Engineering. Ideally Chartered.
• Strong experience of construction, operations, and maintenance relating to electricity distribution systems.
• Experience at senior management/board level, ideally for a large, national business.
