Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Operations Administrator

Reporting to: Technical Operations Learning and Development Manager

Department: Technical Operations

Based: Croydon

Objective of the role: To provide efficient and pro-active administrative support to the Technical Operations Departments.

Hours: 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

  • General Administration: Ensure technician NatWest statements are submitted in accordance with SOPs, check correctness, record information on SharePoint, follow up on errors, prepare monthly audit selection.
  • Technician Uniform: Order uniforms, monitor stock, liaise with Technical Training Team for new technicians.
  • Fleet Support: Renew road tax, handle PCN and traffic offence queries.
  • Adhoc duties: Hotel bookings, raise POs, process toll payments, update technician database, log agent network and insurance details, record technician holidays and sickness, handle queries, check ABS task list.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Health & Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, comply with safety laws, report hazards.
  • Training: Communicate training needs to manager.
  • Quality Management System: Follow quality procedures.
  • Key Performance Areas: Achieve performance targets.
  • Appraisals: Participate in reviews and meetings.
  • Regulatory: Comply with relevant laws and regulations.
