Job Overview

ISS STOXX is hiring for a Technical Onboarding Consultant to join our team in London. You will lead the technical implementation of our TCA and Market Abuse solutions for banking and fund management clients across Europe. Your role includes building Proof of Concepts, conducting presale discussions, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring successful product deployment, while communicating the benefits to clients.

Your Responsibilities

1. Meet with clients to present system architecture, components, and business integration options, addressing any technical objections.
2. Understand and document clients' data usage, analyze data extraction needs, and advise on data management.
3. Develop and execute onboarding plans including data modeling, programming, documentation, and quality assurance.
4. Provide ongoing support during and after onboarding.
5. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to address technical aspects and communicate market needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry, especially in Equities, with familiarity in buy-side or sell-side firms or financial data vendors.
• Strong knowledge of OMS/EMS data, trading workflows, and experience with transaction cost analysis, best execution, or MIFID regulations.
• Proven technical communication skills with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Programming experience; knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, Python, SQL, and Windows commands is desirable.
• Experience in business development, presales, or sales is highly valued.
• Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
• Educational requirement: University degree.
