A local government council is seeking a technically knowledgeable individual to manage housing cases, including disrepair and illegal eviction. The ideal candidate will have a relevant property qualification and strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and landlords. This role features flexible working arrangements and annual leave of up to 34 days.

Salary: £38,009 - £41,506 inclusive of local weighting
