Job summary

Wax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Technical Officer Level 3 in Mold to provide technical support and engineering advice across Streetscene & Transportation services.

The role requires supervision of major site works, audits, and management of depot facilities, with a focus on safety, compliance, and service delivery. The candidate should hold an Incorporated Engineer status or equivalent with at least five years’ experience, strong numeracy and IT skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• The postholder is expected to be an Incorporated Engineer and hold an HND or NVQ Level 5 in a technical discipline.
• Five years of experience or demonstrable engineering/technical experience is required.
• Good numeracy, IT skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site works and ensure compliance with safety and contract documents.
• Lead audits and maintain Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Investigate fatal road collisions, analyse data and propose remedial measures.
• Manage Alltami Depot facilities with approved contractors across multiple services.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve council priorities.
