Job summary

Pilgrim's Pride in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious Technical Coordinator to join our growing Technical team. You will work alongside our Technical Manager to drive food safety, quality and compliance across the business, while gaining leadership experience by deputising when required.

This role involves supporting standards, coordinating audits and improvements, and collaborating with Operations, Manufacturing and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food technical role.
• HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Work alongside an experienced Technical Manager.
• Genuine progression into leadership.
• Be part of a growing and ambitious foodservice business.
