Job summary

KL Property Management Limited in Aberdeen is seeking an Assistant Manager / Assistant Technical Officer to supervise a team of technicians and oversee repair, maintenance, improvement, renovation, fitting out and reinstatement works for the property.

The role supports Estates/Property Managers with technical advice on building services, electrical and mechanical issues, monitors contractor performance and ensures work is completed to required standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Higher Diploma in engineering

Job description

Assist Manager to supervise a team of technician;

Responsible for the repair and maintenance, improvement and renovation, fitting out, and reinstatement works for the property;

Assist and provide technical advice and support to Estates/Property Managers on all aspects of repair and maintenance in particular on builder works, electrical, and mechanical issues;

Monitor the performance of contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder major in Engineering or Higher Diploma in relevant engineering discipline;
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in E&M repair and maintenance works at various residential or commercial building, experience in building automation system will be an advantage;
• Registered electrical worker qualified for grade A work or above;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC application;
• Independent, initiative & able to work under pressure
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
