An opportunity for an ambitious and good Technical Project Manager with an M&E background is required for a large firm of construction consultants in central London.
This role is to work in the DATA CENTRE team.
You will have a Building Services Engineering background (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering).
This is a good opportunity to join a growing team within an international respected firm of consultants.
My client is a large firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Employers Agent, and Project Management services for projects both in the UK and abroad.
They currently have offices across the UK and internationally.
They work on both new build and refurbishment projects across sectors such as commercial offices, hotels, residential, arenas, sports stadia, data centres, airports, life sciences, and more.
You will have an HNC, BSc, MSc, or similar qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field.
You must have a background as a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical).
You may also be chartered, e.g., MRICS, MCIBSE, CEng.
You must have significant experience managing data centre projects from initial design through construction and handover.
You should have excellent client-facing skills and the ability to help bring in new clients.
You will need good pre- and post-contract project management experience from inception to completion and handover.
You should possess good analytical skills and have a stable work record.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Salary ranges from approximately £80,000 to £110,000 or more, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional fees, health insurance, pension, discretionary bonus, and other perks.
