Job Description

Raymarine are looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to join our small but talented Marketing team in Fareham. This role will be key in creating and producing compelling marketing website content, sales enablement tools, and digital assets to support our multiple business lines. As part of a dynamic B2C and B2B brands, you will successfully merchandise an extensive catalogue of products and technologies across multiple websites and brands.

The Successful Applicant will:

1. Take ownership of the day-to-day website content updates to support product launches, technical support content, promotions, and content publishing.
2. Be detail oriented and a creative thinker who can craft content and visuals that engage and convert audiences and elevate our brands.
3. Have strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into customer benefits.
4. Manage our digital asset library, ensuring assets meet brand objectives and maintain consistency.
5. Have experience in MS Office including authoring high impact PowerPoint content to support sales enablement.
6. Have a good understanding of graphic design and UX/UI design principles and best practices.
7. Have some experience in video editing and/or motion graphics.

To be ready to take on this role, we would love if you had:

1. A Bachelor undergrad degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
2. Significant digital marketing experience, including content management, graphics and writing.
3. Firm knowledge and experience with content management systems and digital asset management systems. Experience with Kentico, Kontent.ai and Canto DAM is a plus.
4. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure combined with a can-do, positive attitude.
7. Ability to work well in teams motivating both local and global colleagues to work efficiently while having fun.
8. The flexibility to occasionally travel (10%).

This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
