Opportunity: Technical Manager in Loss Adjusting

Our client is a rapidly expanding national firm of loss adjusters seeking to appoint at least one additional Technical Manager to develop its management team.

Location: You can live anywhere within the UK. Travel nationally will be required based on job needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Mentoring and developing technical adjusters.
2. Providing technical oversight of reporting.
3. Managing and improving client relationships.
4. Handling a small caseload of major and complex losses.

This role offers a genuine opportunity for individuals to step into an initial senior management position with potential for quick progression to Directorship.

Candidate Profile: Ideally, candidates will be A/FCILA qualified with management experience and technical expertise in domestic and commercial property losses.

Our client is interested in individuals with ambitions to reach Director level who are seeking new opportunities.

Compensation: Basic salary could exceed £80,000, plus profit share/bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
