Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will manage technical coordinators, ensuring all aspects of projects are up to standard and within deadlines. You will also manage and improve design quality and oversee pre-construction health and safety meetings.

This role is ideal for someone seeking their first Technical Manager position or someone with a strong housing background who is already experienced. You must be able to oversee all architectural and engineering aspects while managing multiple sites.
