An established industry player is seeking a Technical Manager to lead product knowledge and quality assurance for fruit products. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with suppliers and growers to uphold food safety and quality standards while driving product development and insights on raw material quality. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing teams and influencing strategic decisions across growing seasons. Our Technical Manager – Product Knowledge (Fruit) role leads on providing expertise, training and excellent communication to ensure quality products are supplied into our manufacturing site. They’ll work closely with suppliers and growers to ensure they’re committed to and adhering to the relevant food safety, legality, quality and ethical standards, working to protect and promote our reputation and drive end to end quality standards.
