Job summary

MacStaff seeks a Technical Manager for the embedded and power division at the Wokingham/Reading HQ. You will lead the division, supervise production, testing and field engineering, and drive design-in activities with customers.

Responsibilities include sourcing components, creating test documentation, ensuring quality per QMS, and managing staff and projects while coordinating with Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Science/Engineering/Electronics degree or equivalent.
• Broad experience in electronics design, manufacture and test.
• Experience in high level system design.

Responsibilities

• Design in franchised/3rd party products to meet requirements.
• Supervise production, testing and field engineers.
• Support Sales with technical design-ins at customers’ sites or remotely.
• Create and maintain build/test documentation for traceability and QMS.
