Technical Manager - High-Rise Residential

Location: Hoxton, London

Salary: £85,000 + Car allowance & travel & bonus

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of a major regeneration scheme in Hoxton. This is for a 200 residential units across high-rise blocks in East London.

As Technical Manager, you will play a role in the delivery of this scheme. You will be responsible for managing all technical and design-related matters throughout the pre-construction and delivery phases, liaising closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design process from planning through to completion
• Manage the production and review of design information, ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and project specifications
• Work with external consultants and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Provide technical input into procurement strategies and tender documentation
• Assist in managing risk, buildability reviews, and value engineering
• Support the site team during construction with technical queries and issue resolution
