You will have the chance to work for a large specialist geotechnical and environmental contractor on a variety of projects.
As the Technical Geotechnical Manager, your daily responsibilities will include leading a regional team of engineers, overseeing the technical delivery of geotechnical and geoenvironmental aspects across remediation and infrastructure projects. Your tasks will involve reviewing project updates, coordinating with engineers, and responding to technical queries from site teams.
Your time will be divided between mentoring staff, liaising with clients and regulators, and ensuring validation works stay on track in terms of cost and schedule.
You will regularly attend site meetings, provide high-level technical advice, review reports, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop pragmatic and cost-effective engineering solutions.
