Job summary

SJS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Technical Manager in Devon to lead Food Safety, Quality and Technical standards within a high-care food manufacturing environment. You will drive compliance, continuous improvement and uphold HACCP, BRCGS and related safety requirements while partnering with Operations.

Are you an experienced Technical professional looking to lead Food Safety, Quality and Technical standards within a high-care food manufacturing environment?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful food manufacturing business, leading the Technical function and driving food safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager who can provide strong leadership across the Technical function while working closely with Operations to ensure standards are consistently maintained. You'll bring strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems, alongside the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful, you'll have experience in a Technical, Quality or Food Safety leadership role within food manufacturing, with strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and food safety requirements. High-care or high-risk experience would be advantageous.
