This role oversees all technical aspects of residential developments from land acquisition to completion ensuring projects are buildable, compliant, and commercially viable.

• Leading design coordination across architects, engineers, and consultants
• Managing planning, building regulations, and NHBC submissions
• Reviewing drawings for compliance and value engineering
• Resolving technical queries during pre-construction and build phases
• Collaborating with land, commercial, and construction teams
• Maintaining relationships with consultants, authorities, and utility providers
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and quality benchmarks
