Job summary

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Manager for a leading fresh food manufacturer in the UK to oversee quality, compliance and food safety in a high-care environment. You will drive technical strategy and manage customer relationships.

You will lead audits (BRC), HACCP controls and KPI reporting, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Background in technical/QA role within food manufacturing.
• Experience in fresh foods and food manufacturing.
• 5–10 years in both announced and unannounced audits.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and auditors.
