Technical Manager

Are you an experienced technical manager within the food or drinks industry?

Are you experienced in leading technical teams within a food or drinks manufacturing environment?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Drinks Business on the search for a Technical Manager. This is a FTC role based in Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical operations of the site, including managing quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, Customer & legislative requirements.
• Manage the resolution of technical and quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Deliver key solutions for the Quality agenda.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical management role within the food or drinks industry for 10+ years.
• Experience with complex food manufacturing processes.
• Drinks / dairy experience desired.
• Experience in high-speed automated production systems essential.
