Overview

Our client is delivering a quality mixed tenure product across the Midlands area, incorporating traditional and modern methods of construction. Due to continued success and increase of workload, we are looking to onboard a Technical Manager to support the team and offer management and hands-on skills where required. We are open to either Architecturally or Engineering biased individuals that can offer a minimum of 10 years of residential development experience, perhaps ideally within both SME & PLC businesses. As always, attention to detail and a thorough and committed working culture is a must for our client, as well as the ability to liaise and integrate with other development disciplines.
