The Role

• Oversee the design and technical coordination across several phases of the development.
• Report into the Head of Technical.
• Lead the management of architectural, structural, and M&E designs.
• Ensure compliance with planning approvals, building regulations, and NHBC standards.
• Manage external consultants and technical coordinators.
• Support procurement, construction, and sales teams with accurate design information.
• Drive design efficiency and buildability while maintaining quality.

About You

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager (or strong Senior Technical Coordinator ready to step up).
• Background in residential development - either with a housebuilder, developer, or consultancy.
• Excellent knowledge of UK planning system, building regulations, and technical standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
