Job summary

Gold Group Limited is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lifecycle Manager in Manchester. The role focuses on developing lifecycle plans across on-site assets, ensuring contractual compliance and effective use of CaFM systems.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the commercial and legal environment in the context of PFI.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a PFI environment.
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Chartered/professional membership with a relevant body or able to become chartered within 12 months.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate immediate, intermediate and long-term lifecycle plans for on-site works with accurate cost justification.
• Assist with Draw Down Requests and ensure contractual compliance.
• Audit maintenance and replacement activities and ensure records and documentation meet requirements.
• Review net-zero technologies and climate adaptability for lifecycle decisions.
• Ensure CaFM systems are utilized for lifecycle management.
• Produce reports and dashboards to inform risk management and strategic goals.
