Could you be our Technical Learning Systems Manager to work remotely anywhere in the world?
Take on a new challenge and apply your digital learning expertise and project management in a cutting-edge field. You will work alongside a collaborative, innovative team focused on safety and performance. You will make a significant impact by leading the full lifecycle of the Training & Competency Tracking and Assessment Tool project, ensuring safety, compliance, and workforce competency across multiple sites. Day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with teams across the business (e.g., Information Systems & Technology (IS&T), operational staff, and regulatory bodies), customise learning tools to meet site-specific needs, and evaluate both in-house and external solutions for training and competency tracking.
You will specifically oversee the piloting and assessment of new platforms, ensuring that safety management systems meet regulatory requirements, while also managing technical collaboration and release management for seamless deployment.
