Pilgrim's Europe invites high-potential graduates to join a structured 18-month Technical Leadership Graduate Trainee programme across Westerleigh and Corsham sites. You will undertake three six-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in technical and quality roles while earningFood Safety and HACCP qualifications.

The programme starts on 13 September 2027 with a permanent contract from Day One, mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2:2 degree or degree apprenticeship.
• Passion for food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
• Willing to complete all three rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in three 6-month rotations across different sites.
• Support day-to-day Technical and Quality activities.
• Assist audits and investigations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver technical excellence.
