Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an Operations Leadership Graduate Trainee in Corsham, UK. This 18-month programme features three six-month rotations across fresh pork and sliced meats, with a permanent contract from Day One and strong progression potential.

You will learn manufacturing fundamentals, lead small teams, and develop problem-solving and continuous improvement skills under mentoring from senior leaders. A hands-on, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline or Higher Level Apprenticeship.
• Motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
• Willing to complete all three rotations and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete three structured rotations over 18 months across sites.
• Learn operations, run the line, and lead teams as you progress.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive performance and improvements.
