Job description

Technical Lead up to £100k Fully Remote

Pearson Carter are currently working with an industry leading cyber security platform that are looking to expand their development team even further. This company have grown at a rapid rate over the last 12 months!

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, tech leads and developers on project plans and technical execution
• Mentoring and coaching developers, providing technical guidance and feedback
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other engineering meetings
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and sharing knowledge with the team

Experience:

• Extensive experience working with React, Node, TypeScript, MongoDB, Express (MERN Stack)
• Proficient using MongoDB
• Strong understanding of AWS and CI/CD Pipelines
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience in hands-on software engineering within a startup or scale-up SaaS environment would be ideal
• Interest in cyber security or edtech industries
