Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects. You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock, requiring skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts, including defining project scope, assessing current implementations, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, and operations.

As a team leader, you will provide support and knowledge transfer to team members, leveraging everyone's strengths and helping them develop. The main goal is to deliver high-quality work on time.

Qualifications include:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing identity management solutions.
• Strong project delivery and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is preferred; experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint is acceptable.
• Understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA.
• Experience with integration to enterprise products like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with business processes, risks, SOD Rule design, and collaboration with compliance teams.
• Willingness to be hands-on.
• Knowledge of integration technologies including REST, databases, LDAP.
