Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects.

You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessment of current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, operations, etc.

As a team lead, you will need to provide support and knowledge transfer to other team members by leveraging each person's strengths and helping them develop. The main responsibility is to deliver quality work, to high standards, and on time.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security space.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of identity management solutions.
• Excellent project delivery and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is preferred. Experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc., is also valuable.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, etc.
• Experience with integration to off-the-shelf enterprise products like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Understanding of various business processes and associated risks.
• Experience in SOD Rule design and collaboration with compliance teams, business, and IT.
• Ability to identify business-relevant SOD risks and design granular authorizations.
• Willingness to be a hands-on contributor.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, databases, LDAP.
