Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects.

You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessment of current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, operations etc.

As a team leader, you will need to support and transfer knowledge to other team members, leveraging each person's strengths to develop their skills. The main responsibility is to deliver high-quality work on time and to high standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security space.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing identity management solutions.
• Strong project delivery leadership, including scoping and planning.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is preferred. Experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc., is also valuable.
• Understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, etc.
• Experience integrating with off-the-shelf enterprise products like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of business processes and associated risks.
• Experience in SOD Rule design and collaboration with compliance and IT teams.
• Ability to identify business-relevant SOD risks and define granular authorizations.
• Willingness to be hands-on.
• Knowledge of integration technologies like REST, DB, LDAP.
