Job Description:

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects.

You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards.

The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessing current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, and operations.

As a team leader, you will support and transfer knowledge to other team members, leveraging each person's strengths and aiding their development. The main goal is to deliver high-quality work on time and to high standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing identity management solutions.
• Proven ability to lead project delivery, including scoping and planning.
• Knowledge of Pathlock is preferred; experience with similar products like Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc., is also valuable.
• Understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, MFA, etc.
• Experience integrating with enterprise products like Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or similar Business Process Control tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with business processes, risks, and SOD Rule design, collaborating with compliance, business, and IT teams.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to contribute actively.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, databases, LDAP.
