Job summary

McGregor Boyall, London-based global financial services firm, seeks an experienced Technical Lead/Support Analyst to own the EMEA regulatory reporting technology and drive a greenfield MiFID Transaction Reporting re-engineering program.

You will lead design through delivery, ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, and collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Front Office and IT to build a modern, scalable reporting platform.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - essential.
• 8+ years’ experience across Capital Markets, regulatory reporting, post-trade or trading technology.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with Linux/scripting experience.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and reporting platforms.
• Experience with Qlik, SmartBI, Crystal Reports or similar reporting technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical projects or major platform change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MiFID Transaction Reporting re-engineering programme from design through delivery.

Permanent: Up to £85,000 base + benefits
Contract: Up to £550 per day

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Support Analyst to join a global financial services organisation and take ownership of its EMEA regulatory reporting technology.

This is a key role leading a greenfield MiFID Transaction Reporting re-engineering project, working closely with Business, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams to design and deliver a modern, scalable reporting platform.
