Job summary

Insignis Talent. STR Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead for Verification & Validation (High Voltage) in London.

You will own VVQ strategy, lead qualification programmes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of high-voltage products. The role requires hands-on leadership and experience in HV testing, test automation, and coordination with external certification bodies.

Qualifications

• Lead VVQ activities for complex electronic or electrical products.
• Develop VVQ plans, test procedures and qualification reports.
• Experience with HV systems and external certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution of VVQ activities.
• Develop VVQ plans and qualification methodologies for hardware and embedded systems.
• Design and review verification testing and document results.
• Coordinate EMC, environmental and safety testing with internal teams.
• Mentor engineers in VVQ best practices and work with external test houses.
