Job Description:

An opportunity has become available for a Hardware Test Engineer to become the Technical Lead at a sensor company based in Cambridge.

As the Technical Lead Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Create test plans
• Develop automated tests and analyse data
• Sensor characterisation and testing
• Design and develop test setups
• Strategic direction and management of test team

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Prior experience in a related position/field
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9001:2015
• Experience with LabVIEW and Python for data analysis
• Experience with complex electronics testing
• An understanding of sensor technology (ideally MEMS/gas sensors)
• An appreciation for mechanical engineering (jigs, rigs, CAD/SolidWorks)
