Job summary

Cytix is seeking a Technical Leader to unblock the engineering team, prototype rapidly, and ship MVPs. You’ll own cross‑functional initiatives while remaining deeply hands‑on across the stack.

The role emphasizes building modern frontend with TypeScript and Vue3, plus contributing backend services with Node, Prisma, and AWS. You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, driving performance and developer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building modern frontend apps with TypeScript and Vue3.
• Solid backend experience with Node-based services and relational databases.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new product features end-to-end.
• Lead rapid prototyping and MVP development.
• Develop frontend apps using TypeScript, Vue3, and Tailwind.
• Contribute to backend services with Node, Koa, Prisma, and AWS.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to shape direction.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Support hiring, performance reviews and technical roadmaps.
