Job summary

Humanoid is shaping the future of humanoid robotics and AI-augmented engineering. We seek a Technical Lead to own the end-to-end path from agent tasks to healthy, deployed changes, while safeguarding code, infra, and robots.

This is a hands-on leadership role and a keystone hire to build a new team across DevTools, Security, Safety, Simulation, and robot software. You’ll recruit, mentor engineers, define technical direction, and drive initiatives from day one, delivering faster engineering

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating developer tooling or infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering skills in large codebases.
• Hands-on with Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Security-minded with design of access boundaries for agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from an agent task to a healthy deployed change.
• Build secure, reproducible agent runtimes with identity and access controls.
• Create tooling interfaces for developers to launch, monitor, and control agents.
• Reduce tokens and retries through better context and routing.
• Lead the team while remaining hands-on and accountable for outcomes.
