Job summary

STOCKED is seeking a Technical Lead to run the technical and quality systems behind all products. You’ll own the day-to-day of the quality management system and be the site’s food safety expert, ensuring records are right first time and issues are resolved promptly.

Based at our London production site in Park Royal, you’ll work with the Head of Operations and Production Manager to build a culture of food safety and technical excellence, delivering audits, HACCP, supplier controls, and continuous

Qualifications

Experience in QA, QC or technical role in food manufacturing.
Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge.
Able to write procedures and records from scratch and get them adopted.
Excellent attention to detail and data handling.

Responsibilities

Own the QMS: procedures, records, specs; conduct internal audits and corrective actions.
Drive SALSA compliance and site audits; prepare for BRCGS.
Maintain HACCP plans, CCP verification, allergen controls and traceability.
Manage supplier/raw material approvals and documentation; resolve quality issues.
Support product development with shelf life, labeling compliance and sign-off.
