Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the dairy, cheese and cream operations, ensuring food safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the business. You will embed a strong food safety culture, manage audits and drive continuous improvement.

You will mentor the technical team, manage KPI frameworks, and collaborate with operations, procurement and commercial teams to support growth plans.

Qualifications

• Leadership and resilience to mentor the technical team.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, TACCP and VACCP systems.
• Experience delivering food safety programmes and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead zero-tolerance food safety culture across all departments.
• Oversee HACCP, VACCP and TACCP processes and actions.
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS Food Safety Standard and QMS.
• Oversee goods‑in quality checks and root-cause investigations.
• Lead supplier/customer engagement on technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
