Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through delivery.
• Review client technical specifications and manage technical clarification requests.
• Define engineering work packages across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare technical specifications, scopes of work, and RFQs for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Organise kick-off meetings and progress reviews.
• Coordinate resolution of technical issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support preparation of technical proposals and delivery plans.
• Provide regular technical updates to PM and Engineering leadership.
• Build relationships with clients to understand future engineering needs.
