Job summary

Experis (Austria) is seeking a senior technical leader to become the trusted partner to its largest customer in the UK. You will embed yourself within their organisation, act as the technical SME for NAV and Business Central, and influence strategy and decisions.

• A strong technical background in Navision / Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
• Experience in a Technical Lead or Technical Architect role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to advise at senior level.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with the enterprise's largest customer and embed within their organisation.
• Act as a technical SME guiding strategy and decisions across NAV and Business Central estate.

The business

This partner has no sales team. Every new customer comes through reputation alone, built on consistently excellent service and delivery. They specialise in highly customised NAV and Business Central solutions and are known for doing things properly.

The opportunity

The owner of the business currently manages the relationship with their biggest customer personally. As he focuses on growing and developing the business, he's looking for the right person to take this over. You'll work closely alongside him, learn the relationship from the ground up and become the go to technical expert for this customer.

The role

• Own the technical relationship with the business's largest customer and embed yourself within their organisation
• Act as their technical subject matter expert, guiding strategy and decisions across their NAV and Business Central estate
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into technical solutions
• Turn complex technical language into clear business language, and vice versa
• Build long term trust and credibility at every level of the customer's business
• Lead and collaborate with developers and consultants to design and deliver the best possible solution
• Work side by side with the business owner on the direction of the account

What you'll bring

• A strong technical background in Navision / Dynamics NAV and Business Central
• Deep understanding of system architecture and how complex, customised solutions fit together
• Experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Architect or similar senior technical role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise at senior level
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical audiences
• A collaborative leadership style and experience guiding delivery teams
