Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking engineers to shape and deliver high-impact software solutions. You will collaborate across product, design and engineering to drive digital transformations for clients.

You’ll mentor teams, advocate best practices like TDD and CI/CD, and participate in hybrid work with client sites and in-house teams. This role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across teams.
• Driving improvements across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Mentoring engineers and creating an environment of continuous improvement.
• Applying modern engineering standards and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Work to agile best practices with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide clients through digital transformations.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and foster continuous improvement.
• Lead live whiteboarding sessions and collaborative problem solving.
• Hybrid work with client sites or office at least two days a week.
• Uphold PA values in delivery and client engagements.
